I am trying to cut cost and was wondering if it’s appropriate to cut the size of my bridal party in order to save cost on flowers?

Wedding flowers constitute 20% of the overall cost of your budget. In today’s environment we are all about cutting cost and saving the environment. Cutting the size of your bridal party is a great idea. If you’ve already ask your friends to be a part of your wedding party; have a conversation individually with each girl or guy first to communicate the situation. You can either host a get together with everyone or incorporate it into your bridal shower to thank them for sharing your special day, even if they are only attending as guest.
Other ways to save on wedding flowers:
Instead of the over the top center pieces, try groupings of small, pretty arrangements in bold colors that compliment your theme.
Consider the long-table trend. Rectangle table’s seat more people than round tables, and will require fewer table arrangement, your will also cut cost on your linens.
